About us

The word Amici is a Latin word for friends. Friendships will form and lasting memories will be made. The Amici International Music Festival brings young musicians together for a unique experience of intense musical training under the guidance of renowned professional musicians. Taking place at Pepperdine University with breath-taking views of the Pacific Ocean, the festival provides two weeks of daily coaching, lessons, and masterclasses.

Schedule & Fees 

Eligibility: Open to violinists, cellists, and pianists of ages 9-25.  Younger exceptional students may be accepted with the Director's permission.

Application deadline: April 1, 2023

Late Application will be accepted until May 1, 2023
Non-refundable Summer Festival application fee: $100

Tuition (with Room & Board):  $3500
Tuition (without Room & Board): $2000 
 Optional (for participants without Room & Board): campus meals a-la-cart ($70/day)
Announcement of acceptance: April 10, 2023
Non-refundable $500 deposit due date: April 20, 2023
Final payment (remaining balance) due date: June 1, 2023
